Yes, it is possible with the so-called 'stat-up actions' mechanism. You need to add the GLM calibration to the list of start-up actions of experiment.
To do it, go to the Run ribbon tab, press 'Select' button in the 'Start-up actions' group. In the opening dialog, find the GLM calibration and move to the list on the right. After closing the dialog, toggle on the check box in below the 'Select' button. The checkbox allows you can to quickly enable or disable invoking the start-up actions on the next run.
Note that many elements offer configuration actions (e.g. selection of an output folder) which can be added to the start-up actions too.
