100Hz for presentation screen can be set via the display settings on the HQ ribbon tab. However, the real 100Hz will be actually engaged only in the full-screen run mode. Plus, the presentation monitor must support this refresh rate in specifications. You may need to install manufacture drivers for the monitor to get refresh rates above 75Hz.
In contrast, the status screen runs with the same resolution and refresh rate as Windows desktop (the status screen is actually just a full screen window).
